Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KinderVogue, we want your little ones to love their new outfits. If a fit isn't right or a style isn't what you expected, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

7-Day Policy: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible, items (jogger sets, cord sets, etc.) must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear or cloth diapers (if applicable).
  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
  • Gift cards.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
  • Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer/UPI to an account provided by you.

4. Exchanges (Size/Style)

If you need a different size for your growing toddler:

  • We offer one-time free exchanges for size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9217183868 to initiate an exchange.
  • Exchanged products will be delivered within 5–7 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, or until it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier).
  • After Dispatch: Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. You may return the item once it arrives according to our 7-day return policy.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong size or a damaged product, KinderVogue covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind or style preference, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹100 may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. How to Initiate a Refund

  • WhatsApp us: Message us at +91-9217183868 with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
  • Email us: Send your request to hello@kindervogue.shop.
  • Pack it up: Our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days.
