Return & Exchange Policy

Return window: 7 days Processing time: 5–7 business days Exchanges: Size/Color

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags attached.
  • Return the product in its original packaging (including accessories and freebies).
  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible

  • Final-sale / clearance items, custom or personalized products.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components.

How to Start a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at kindervogue030@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9217183868.
  2. Provide your Order #, item name, reason, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship using the provided address/label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock. If unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping—please contact us first for a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
