Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KinderVogue, we understand that you’re excited to receive your little one's new outfits. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering major metros, Tier II, and Tier III cities.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we look to expand globally.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metros: 3–5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • Delays: While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, festive peaks, or regional restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS containing your tracking number and the link to our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Process & Attempts

  • Verification: For high-value orders or COD, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.
  • Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
  • RTO (Return to Origin): In case of an RTO, we can reship the item for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) once the package reaches us.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery.
  • Take a photo or video of the package.
  • Contact us immediately at hello@kindervogue.shop or WhatsApp +91-9217183868.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders to help us resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items quickly.
